Job Description
Koinz is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to support a wide range of marketing initiatives across digital, planning, and offline activities.
You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations that contribute to Koinz’s brand growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Support:
● Assist in executing digital campaigns across social media, paid ads, email, and push notifications.
● Coordinate with designers and content creators to prepare campaign assets.
● Help monitor campaign performance and gather basic insights and reports.
● Support in managing content calendars, uploading posts, and ensuring timely execution.
Marketing Planning & Coordination:
● Support in preparing marketing plans, campaign briefs, and internal documentation.
● Assist with cross-department coordination (product, partnerships, operations) to ensure campaign alignment.
● Help organize meeting notes, timelines, and project trackers for ongoing initiatives.
● Contribute ideas and research during brainstorming sessions.
Offline Marketing & On-Ground Support:
● Assist with planning and execution of offline marketing initiatives, activations, and event support.
● Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stores for materials, branding, and logistics.
● Help manage distribution and tracking of physical marketing materials.
Market Research & Insights
● Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and consumer behavior.
● Help gather feedback and insights from partners and customers to improve campaigns.
Qualifications:
● 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
● Strong interest in marketing and willingness to learn across multiple functions.
● Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
● Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
Preferred Skills:
● Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools.
● Familiarity with AI marketing tools (image & video gen - LLMs - automations)
