Your mission is shaping how Koinz is seen, felt, and experienced — both online and offline. From bold content marketing and culturally sharp storytelling to high-energy offline activations inside cafés and restaurants, you will drive awareness, relevance, and brand love across KSA.
What You’ll Own
- Define and sharpen Koinz’s positioning in Saudi Arabia as a social food + rewards platform, clearly differentiated from aggregators and traditional loyalty apps.
- Build compelling value propositions for both users and merchants.
- Lead a creative content strategy across social media, campaigns, CRM, and in-app storytelling.
- Drive culturally relevant campaigns aligned with Saudi trends, seasons, and key moments.
- Own high-impact offline marketing execution, including:
- In-store activations within partner brands
- Branded materials (POSM, stickers, table talkers, cashier prompts, QR placements)
- Mall activations and city launches
- Merchant visibility initiatives that convert foot traffic into Koinz users
- Turn partner brands into marketing channels through strategic co-marketing campaigns.
- Continuously refine messaging using data, JTBD insights, and real market feedback.
- Lead and align brand, performance, and content teams across KSA and Egypt under one
- cohesive strategy.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing (tech, fintech, lifestyle, or F&B strongly preferred).
- A proven brand builder with strong positioning instincts.
- Deep experience executing offline campaigns and on-ground activations.
- Strong creative judgment paired with performance awareness.
- Experience managing cross-functional or multi-market teams.
- Trend-aware, culturally sharp, and execution-driven.
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and on-the-ground level.
